Caravan 69 AND 113 are lovely 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravans for hire at Butlins in Minehead.
Roger, Jemima and Colette have been the owners of 69 since Sept 2019, and are the new owners of 113 since Feb 2022 and have enjoyed using it for themselves and hiring it out for other families to enjoy.
Our Holidays are 3, 4, or 7 nights starting on a Monday or Friday.

Caravan 69: You enter the caravan at the front door, into the living area. It has ample seating, a dining area then through to the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The oven and fridge were replaced with brand new appliances in March 2020. On through a door that leads you to the inner hallway, you will find the shower room, main double bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms. There is also an airing cupboard and a rear entrance/exit. Caravan 69 has 1 allocated parking space outside the cove. There are lots of green space around the caravan to enjoy some chilled time as well as a picnic bench.

Caravan 113: You enter the caravan at the front door into the kitchen area. You have a fridge and shelving on your right. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday with a cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen opens into the living area. The living area has ample seating and the upholstery has been recently upgraded. There is a dining table in the lining area. Through the kitchen, there is a corridor leading to 2 x twin bedrooms and a double bedroom. There is a shower room and a separate toilet. Caravan 113 has gas central heating and double glazing. Caravan 69 has 1 allocated parking space outside the cove. There are lots of green space around the caravan to enjoy some chilled time as well as a picnic bench.

Iron, ironing board, baby bed guard, clothes airer and more can be found stored in various cupboards around the caravans. Feel free to use anything but please treat everything with care.
​
There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living areas of both Caravan 69 and 113 suitable for upto 2 people, ideally children but woudl squeeze 2 adults at a push. Please note we do not supply bedding or duvets and pillows for this bed, so please bring your own. You will also need to bring your own towels and tea towels.

We strongly recommend all guests take out holiday insurance to cover you for any event out of your control.

On top of all of that, there is a venue called The Highwayman which is situated at the edge of the caravan village, be sure to check it out. In peak season they have all sorts of activities and entertainment.

ALL 2023 BREAKS INCLUDE BEDDING AND BEDS MADE ON ARRIVAL FREE OF CHARGE. This does not include the sofa bed.

All 2024 prices March - December INCLUDE a non-returnable £10 Butlins admin fee.

There is a returnable damage deposit payable with the final balance, this is £75 for a family break and £125 for adult weekends. This deposit must be paid with the final balance and will be returned within 7 days of the end of your break subject to a satisfactory report from the housekeeping team.

To book

Visit the prices and availability tab at the top of this page. Check the price and damage deposit amount and then use the availability calendar to check if your chosen break is available. You can use the contact us page to enquire about availability and prices as well.
Fill out the booking form with all your details, once the booking has been received by us we will confirm the details and give you the payment schedule.
To secure your chosen date a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of £50 is required. The final balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday date. If you are booking within 6 weeks of your chosen date then the full balance will be payable to secure your date.

On arrival day
​
Approx 2 weeks before your holiday you should have received a confirmation email from Butlins. This will tell you where to collect your welcome pack and caravan keys. Checkin is managed by Butlins so please do follow their instructions for a smooth check-in. The Butlins team will give you a map and show you where to find the caravan.
​
Check-in time is STRICTLY 4pm.
The housekeeping team needs time to prepare all the caravans. Occasionally we can offer an earlier check-in but please use the contact form to ask first. The charge for early check-in from 2pm can be between £25 and £50. This charge is an additional fee Butlins charge for an early check in, and also an extra fee from the housekeeping team. UPDATE: Early check-ins are currently suspended by Butlins.

On departure day
​
Checkout is STRICTLY by 10am.
You may see the housekeeping team waiting outside the cove, but they should not ask to enter the caravan before 10am.
Please leave the caravan as you found it. Including removing all rubbish, food, and belongings. Make sure there is no washing up left in the sink or on the drainer, food in the fridge or dirty fridge and hob/oven. Please empty the bins, there are big bins just outside the cove for your use. These are all factors in the Damage Deposit report carried out by the housekeeping team.
Take the keys to guests' services or as directed by your Butlins pack issued on arrival to check out for 10am.
After a satisfactory housekeeping report your damage deposit will be returned by bank transfer within 7 days (please email your bank details upon checkout).
